🚚 HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
IF ALL ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER ARE IN STOCK
Your order will be dispatched within 1–3 business days after it has been placed.
Once handed over to the courier, delivery may take up to 14 days, depending on the destination and courier service. Please note that after the package is transferred to the courier, the delivery timeframe is beyond our direct control.
We always strive to process and ship orders from our warehouse as quickly as possible to help minimize any potential delays.
IF THERE IS AT LEAST ONE (OR MORE) PRE-ORDER ITEM IN YOUR ORDER
Your order will be dispatched according to the latest pre-order delivery schedule.
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided in the description of each pre-order item and are also visible in your cart at checkout.
Please note that the product's release date in South Korea does not indicate the dispatch date of your order. Once the product is released, it is shipped from South Korea to our warehouse. Only after we receive it at our facility can we begin dispatching your order.
For pre-orders, the estimated delivery timeframe is 7–14 business days from the release date.
